More teasers “A different spin”
A couple of weeks ago back home in LA, we filmed a bunch of promo spots for A Different Spin. Here are some you can check out before they go to TV. At this point, it’s safe to say that Mark Hoppus is a human dynamo. Best known for his role in potty mouthed pop-punk trio Blink-182, the 38-year-old is more than just a mere bassist, having juggled production duties, podcasts, high-profile collaborations and more in recent years. His newest endeavor? A Different Spin With Mark Hoppus, a weekly, hour-long program hosted by its namesake airing on Fuse starting this September. We caught up with Hoppus to get the scoop on what his new venture is all about, as well as get an update on whether or not we’ll hear new Blink music before the world ends in 2012.

Monday Blink rehearsals and more!
and now i’m back in the fine city of los angeles! tomorrow is made for sleeping, and then monday the blink-182’s are back to it!! i can’t wait for the three of us to all be in the same room playing music again. it’s been WAYYYY too long. rehearsals, ideas for new songs, set lists, and general tomfoolery. awesome.
This is what’s up
Lots going on in the world of blink-182 lately. There’ve been announcements, side projects, tours, tv shows, etc. I think some people are confused as to what’s really happening, and I wanted to take a second to set it all straight and put rumors and hearsay to rest.
So here it is: blink-182 is full steam ahead!!
Epicenter festival
Blink-182 will play at the Epicenter Festival this year. That was Mark’s mysterious announcement.

Humans: NOBODY said the announcement was a new song. We’re only playing 1 show in North America this yr cuz we’re recording the new album.
Music show hosted by Mark Hoppus
American radio magazine FMBQ has revealed on its website today that Mark Hoppus is going to be hosting a weekly TV show on Fuse, more details will be announced on June 22nd.
The Fuse music television network is set to announce a brand new weekly music show hosted by Mark Hoppus of Blink 182. The show will provide a humorous spin on a wide range of topics in the world of music. The official announcement and more details will be unveiled at a New York press conference on June 22.
